Yoga: A path to inner balance

Yoga with Akamai Healing uses breath, movement, and stillness to restore body, spirit, and soul.

Yoga for every BODY!

My yoga practice, and my yoga teaching style, are deeply rooted in embodiment and compassion. The yoga mat can offer a sanctuary for those seeking to reconnect with their bodies and rediscover a sense of safety and peace within. Having navigated chronic pain and multiple joint surgeries, I intimately understand how the body can feel like an unfamiliar or even unsafe place. My journey through yoga and energy work helped me reclaim a sense of home in my own body, and I bring that same intention to her students — creating spaces that are nurturing, inclusive, and deeply supportive. With a background in personal training and fitness classes, I now weave movement with breath, energy work, and sound to guide others toward healing, self-compassion, and embodied presence. My teaching is a reflection of my calling: to help others slow down, listen inward, and honor the wisdom of their bodies..

Where to find me for yoga classes:

My home studio is the beautiful Be Free Healing Center in Fort Collins, Colorado. I lead a Meditation and Drum Journey class at Be Free every Thursday morning at 10:30, and I often sub slow flow or yin/restorative classes. Please see Be Free’s website (linked on the image to the right) to catch the vibe of the studio and for the class schedule.

I also occasionally sub or hold special classes at other local studios or online. Keep an eye on the Events page for upcoming sessions!
