You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork and tapping (EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique) — simple, accessible rituals to help you release stress and reconnect with ease. From there, melt into a 90-minute restorative yoga practice infused with hands-on Reiki, offering energetic support and deep relaxation. We close with a 30-minute sound bath, enveloping you in healing vibrations that invite surrender and serenity. This immersive experience is crafted to help you let go, receive, and recalibrate. Expect to leave feeling lighter, held, and profoundly rested, like you’ve just had the best nap of your life, wrapped in care and quiet renewal.
