In this Reiki Level I class, you will learn what Reiki is as well as its history. You’ll receive an introduction to the first sacred Usui Reiki symbol and dive into how to utilize the chakra system while doing Reiki. You’ll receive a series of attunements that activates the Reiki energy in you, clears any energetic blocks, and readies you to begin transmitting Reiki. You’ll leave with a set of useful handouts and a certificate as a Reiki I practitioner.

Re+Center: Restorative Practices for Deep Healing

Step into a sanctuary of stillness with Re+Center, a deeply nurturing workshop designed to soothe your nervous system and restore inner calm. We begin by gathering in sacred circle to honor intention and presence. You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork and tapping (EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique) — simple, accessible rituals to help you release stress and reconnect with ease. From there, melt into a 90-minute restorative yoga practice infused with hands-on Reiki, offering energetic support and deep relaxation. We close with a 30-minute sound bath, enveloping you in healing vibrations that invite surrender and serenity. This immersive experience is crafted to help you let go, receive, and recalibrate. Expect to leave feeling lighter, held, and profoundly rested, like you’ve just had the best nap of your life, wrapped in care and quiet renewal.

Reiki Level II Certification
