Is it time for a re-set? Join me for an evening of community and a deep dive inside to clear away resistance, cultivate creativity, and stay connected to center. We all have stories and experiences that hold us back in life. We understand that stress and trauma play a large role in how we show up in the world. Be Free Breathwork is our opportunity to go inside and meet the parts of ourselves that didn’t get what they needed and re-establish connection. Letting go of the old requires us to be curious about what’s present. In our three hours together, we will have an opening circle, a 1hr breathwork experience, quiet journaling/art integration time, and a brief closing circle - all in a supportive and welcoming environment of Your Best Day Ever, a personal training and yoga studio in Fort Collins.

Reiki Level 1 Certification Class
Sunday, August 24, Noon-6pm at the private studio at 204 S. Co. Rd 3, Fort Collins, CO
Learning Reiki can be profoundly beneficial for empaths or those who identify as intuitive, yet haven't yet harnessed their abilities. Reiki, a healing technique that channels energy to promote balance and well-being, offers empaths a structured way to manage their heightened sensitivity. It helps individuals distinguish between their own energies and those they pick up from others, preventing overwhelm. Through this class and by becoming attuned to the Reiki energy, attendees can strengthen their intuition, ground themselves, foster a sense of inner peace, and cultivate a deeper connection to their intuitive gifts.
In this Level 1 Certification class, learn what Reiki is as well as its history. You’ll receive an introduction to the first sacred Usui Reiki healing symbol and practice doing Reiki on yourself and others. You’ll receive four attunements to activate the Reiki energy in you, detailed handouts, and a Reiki I certificate.

Reiki Level 1I Certification Class
Sunday, October 12, Noon-6pm, Be Free Healing Center, Fort Collins, Colorado
In this Level II training and attunement, you’ll learn additional Usui Reiki symbols and how to use them. You’ll strengthen your abilities to do Reiki on others as well as how to perform distance Reiki. You’ll receive a detailed manual plus additional handouts, a powerful re-attunement to elevate the Reiki energy in your, time to practice on others, and a Reiki II certificate.
